Pilot results documented. First testimonials captured. Pricing model validated for Year 2 based on what summer pilots actually convert at. Summer lessons feed Year 2 product direction.
10–15 paid programs onboarded across SoCal basketball. Pre-seed fundraise opens. Second pilot cohort goes live. Beginning of a real company.
Multi-sport expansion begins (track, football). SaaS software layer launches on top of the hardware. Product-market fit signal established. Slingshot becomes a platform, not a pilot.
